Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zukunftsorientierte Personaler*innen suchen aktuell nach sinnvollen Einsatzmöglichkeiten von künstlicher Intelligenz in ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Doch viele gehen diese Suche zu unspezifisch und schlecht definiert an. Die Kernfrage ist nämlich nicht, was KI-basierte Technologie kann. Die ungleich entscheidendere Frage ist, wofür intelligente Technologie in der modernen Arbeitswelt eingesetzt werden sollte. Was ist ein sinnvoller Zweck, für den KI-basierte Technologie im Personalmanagement ein geeignetes Mittel sein kann? Dieses Buch gibt eine mögliche Antwort auf diese Frage.
