Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Nagolder Vorzeige-Unternehmen Häfele mit Hauptsitz im Schwarzwald hat sich in 100 Jahren zu einem international führenden Hersteller und Händler von Beschlagtechnik entwickelt. Von 2003 bis Ende 2022 führte Sibylle Thierer das Familienunternehmen in dritter Generation. Für die Zukunft sieht sie vor allem Geschäftsmodelle, die noch näher an den Kund:innen sind, vernetzte Hightech-Produkte und eine Belegschaft, die im Wir denkt. Das Interview führten Dr. Klaus Eberhard und Dr. Michael Meier.
