Abstract

Zusammenfassung Von Pferd und Wagen kommend zum Pionier der Kontraktlogistik: Die FIEGE Gruppe aus dem westfälischen Greven hat sich vom kleinen Transport- und Speditionsunternehmen zu einem der größten und innovativsten europäischen Logistikdienstleister entwickelt. Einer der beiden Familienunternehmer in fünfter Generation ist Jens Fiege, der das Unternehmen gemeinsam mit seinem Cousin Felix Fiege führt. Für ihn ist das Thema Kultur die Basis unternehmerischer Entscheidungen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil und Grundlage auf dem Weg in die Zukunft: ein vertrauensvoller und wertschätzender Feedback-Prozess. Das Interview führten Hendrik Klosterkemper und Hartmuth von Maltzahn.
