Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Scrum Guide [1] wird das Sprint ReviewSprint Review als „Arbeitstermin“ beschrieben, in dem zusammen mit den Stakeholdern auf Grundlage des aktuellen Entwicklungsstandes des Produkts erarbeitet wird, wie die zukünftige Planung angepasst werden soll. Ziel ist dabei, auf Veränderungen des Umfelds zu reagieren und den Wert der Entwicklung zu maximieren. Ein gut durchgeführtes Sprint Review optimiert die Transparenz sowohl für die Stakeholder als auch für das Scrum Team. Es gehört zum grundlegenden Handwerkszeug eines jeden Agile Masters und ist deshalb Teil der untersten Ebene der Pyramide der Impediments (agile Methoden).
