Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Begriff „Refinement“ stammt aus dem Scrum Guide. Dort bezeichnet er die Aufgabe des Product Owners, die Anforderungen im Product Backlog so vorzubereiten, dass sie bereit für das Sprint Planning sind. Dazu gehören Definition, Abstimmung, Sortierung, Schätzung und Zerkleinerung dieser Product Backlog Items. Unabhängig davon, ob Du Scrum einsetzt oder nicht, ist diese Arbeit mit den Anforderungen herausragend wichtig. Fehler, die schon bei der Definition der Anforderungen erfolgen, lassen sich durch die Teammitglieder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nur schwer wieder korrigieren. Gleichzeitig besteht die Gefahr, zu viel Zeit in die Definition der Anforderungen zu stecken, während sich die Rahmenbedingungen und Kundenwünsche rasend schnell verändern. In diesem Kapitel wollen wir Dir ein paar Methoden ans Herz legen, mit denen Du Dein Backlog professionell erarbeiten kannst.
