Abstract

Zusammenfassung Konflikte begleiten uns täglich, sowohl beruflich als auch privat. Sie helfen uns, neue Sichtweisen zu erkennen, anzunehmen und daran zu wachsen. Wir sehen Konflikte daher als ein Geschenk, das uns hilft, unsere Ziele besser zu erreichen. Natürlich gilt dies nicht für alle Konflikte. Insbesondere wenn eine weit fortgeschrittene Konfliktstufe erreicht ist und es nicht mehr um die Sache geht, empfinden auch wir Konflikte als ermüdend und energieraubend. Im Folgenden stellen wir dar, wie Du Konflikte im Team erkennen und mit welchen Methoden Du zu ihrer Lösung beitragen kannst. Auch der Umgang mit toxischem Verhalten wird dabei in den Fokus gerückt.
