Abstract

Zusammenfassung Norm KerthSprint Retrospective hat bereits 2001 in seinem Buch Project Retrospectives [1] dargestellt, wie wichtig es ist, den eigenen Prozess kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Neben vielen guten Methodenideen hat er hier auch den Begriff „RetrospektiveRetrospektive“ geprägt, der kurz darauf von Ken Schwaber und Jeff Sutherland für Scrum übernommen wurde. Retrospektiven bilden die Basis vieler Prozessverbesserungen in Scrum und anderen agilen Rahmenwerken und Methoden; vielerorts wurden sie auch ins mehr oder weniger klassische Projektmanagement übernommen, da erkannt wurde, dass der Lessons-Learned-Workshop am Ende eines Projekts meistens zu spät kommt, um seine volle Wirkung zu entfalten. Sie sind herausragend wichtig zur Schaffung von Transparenz und werden von uns daher dem Bereich der agilen Methoden zugeordnet.
