Abstract

Zusammenfassung Schön, dass Du Dich entschieden hast, dieses Buch zu lesen! Das bedeutet, dass Du ein Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Projektmanager oder eine Führungskraft bist, die ihre Professionalität im Bereich der Agilität erhöhen möchte. Es ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend notwendig, wenn Du Grundwissen über agile Methoden, zum Beispiel Scrum, mitbringst. Ziel des Buches ist es einerseits, den Begriff „Agile Master“ zu definieren. Hier begegnen uns in verschiedenen Unternehmen so weit voneinander entfernte Definitionen, dass dies mittelfristig zu einem Problem am Arbeitsmarkt führen kann, weil es keinen Qualitätsstandard gibt. Andererseits möchten wir Dir Methoden und Haltung vermitteln, wie Du mit typischen Herausforderungen bei Dir im Unternehmen umgehen kannst.
