Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erfolgreiche Unternehmen generieren mit ihren zielgerichteten Innovationen immer wieder neue Wettbewerbsvorteile im stetigen Kampf um Kunden und Marktanteile. Damit die Perspektiven der wichtigsten Akteure beim Innovieren eine zentrale Rolle spielen können, müssen Unternehmenskultur, Leadership und strategische Ausrichtungen gut aufeinander abgestimmt sein. Die VUCA-Erfolgspyramide liefert hierzu ein passendes Denkmodell. Im Kontext der digitalen Transformation gewinnen schlanke Prozesse und die Fähigkeiten zum schnellen, iterativen Lernen an Bedeutung. Was muss ein Ideengeber neben seiner Erfindung noch tun, um Vorgesetzte zu überzeugen? Und aus Sicht des mittleren Managements als Entscheider: Welche Aktionen sind nötig, um Innovationen zu stimulieren? Vor allem: Welche Informationen müssen eingeholt werden, um die knappen Ressourcen auf die richtigen Innovationsideen zu allokieren? Die Success Story in Kapitel neun zeigt einen möglichen Weg, wie Innovation erfolgreich gelingen kann.
