Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit einer neuen Strategie wurde bei der Strategieentwicklung in den relevanten Organisationseinheiten durch ein systematisches Reverse Engineering geprüft und für gut befunden. Und wie geht’s jetzt weiter? Ist die Umsetzung der Strategie im Unternehmen dann nicht automatisch ein Selbstläufer? Nein. Die Strategie auf dem Papier oder der Power-Point-Folie ist nur der erste Schritt auf dem Weg zum realen Unternehmenserfolg. Im nächsten Schritt – der erfolgreichen Implementierung der Strategie auf allen Ebenen der Organisation – geht es um die effektive Umsetzung. Was bei der Implementierung und Umsetzung von Strategien schiefgehen kann, wird zu Beginn von Kapitel sechs anhand realer Praxisbeispiele beschrieben. Wie es wesentlich erfolgreicher laufen kann, zeigt anschließend die Success Story eines großen Industrieunternehmens. Praxiserprobte Methoden und Tipps zum Change Management runden Kapitel sechs ab.
