Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine moderne Unternehmenskultur, mit dem passenden Leadership-Fit für die mitarbeitenden Generationen, ist die wichtigste Voraussetzung für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien. Gerade auch im Zuge der digitalen Transformationen im 21. Jahrhundert sind neue Perspektiven für eine nachhaltige Strategieentwicklung notwendig. Aktuelle Ziele müssen mit zukünftigen Perspektiven verknüpft werden, um eine strategisch und operativ managebare Roadmap zu erhalten. Im fünften Kapitel wird eine Failure Story eines Weltmarktführers analysiert, aus welchen Gründen eine scheinbar erfolgsversprechende Strategie nicht funktioniert hat. Dazu gibt es mit dem Reverse Engineering einen zentralen Lösungsansatz sowie weitere Methoden und Tools, die in der Praxis zur Absicherung nachhaltig erfolgreicher Strategien eingesetzt werden können.
