Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ganz oben in der VUCA-Erfolgspyramide kommt die lernende Organisation – aufgebaut auf den darunter liegenden Ebenen Unternehmenskultur, Leadership, Strategien und Innovationen. Mit der Etablierung einer lernenden Organisation lassen sich im Unternehmen neue Strategien, Geschäftsmodelle und Innovationen effektiver umsetzen. Mehr Verständnis der Zusammenhänge geht dabei einher mit höherer Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Bedingungen und mehr Motivation bei den Mitarbeitenden für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen. Das Lernen wird ganzheitlicher und systemische Verbesserungen machen die Arbeit effizienter und effektiver. Anhand von Beispielen aus dem Echtbetrieb werden die Mehrwerte und Vorgehensweisen lernender Organisationen beschrieben. Passend dazu gibt es in Kap. 10 praxiserprobte Methoden, Tools und Tipps, wie Wettbewerbsvorteile mit lernenden Organisationen generiert werden können. Mehr Fokus auf die Kunden- und Marktanforderungen und dazu die eigenen Geschäftsabläufe nachhaltig erfolgsorientiert ausrichten.
