Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel findet sich eine Zusammenstellung weiterer Aufgaben, die von Führungskräften wahrzunehmen sind und die das Gesamtbild des umfassenden Handlungsfeldes von Führungskräften in der öffentlichen Verwaltung abrunden soll. Im Einzelnen werden daher Aufgaben beschrieben, die unter Zugrundelegung empirischer Studien im Kontext des Managementrollenmodells nach Mintzberg identifiziert werden konnten und denen im Praxisalltag von Führungskräften ebenfalls eine gewisse Bedeutung zukommt. So werden Führungskräfteaufgaben und -rollen wie Außendarstellung und Repräsentation der eigenen Organisation, Verhandlungsführung und Networking inner- und außerhalb von Organisationen öffentlicher Verwaltungen genauer betrachtet.
