Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was sind Stakeholder, warum spielen deren Einflüsse eine Rolle für Führungskräfte und für Organisationen und welche Zusammenhänge gibt es zwischen Führungskräften, Stakeholdern und Machtverteilungen? Dies sind Fragen, denen in diesem Kapitel auf die Spur gegangen wird. Neben Erläuterungen zum grundsätzlichen Verständnis wird aufgezeigt, welche Spannungsfelder und Interessenkonflikte existieren und wie sich Führungskräfte darin bewegen können. Darüber hinaus wird ein ausführlicher Blick auf die unterschiedlichen existierenden Stakeholder in öffentlichen Verwaltungsorganisationen gegeben und deren verschiedene Einflussbereiche erläutert und übersichtlich veranschaulicht.
