Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem zweiten Kapitel werden wichtige Grundlagen zur Managementfunktion Planung erläutert. Neben Verständnisfragen zu den Begrifflichkeiten von Planung und Strategien werden Planungsabläufe, Instrumente und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten beschrieben. Bedeutung und Unterschiede von strategischer und operativer Planung werden dabei verständlich gemacht und praxisorientiert erläutert. Es wird deutlich, wozu Planung dienlich sein kann, und dargestellt, wie eine Integration in den Arbeitsalltag erfolgreich möglich wird. Dazu wird ein exemplarischer Planungsprozess erläutert, anhand dessen eine Systematisierung im Arbeitsalltag möglich wird und im Ergebnis einer erfolgreichen Planungsausübung nichts mehr im Wege steht.
