Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um Vorbilder und Role Models, die eine sehr wichtige Funktion dafür haben, mehr Frauen in Führungspositionen zu bringen. Wie bei fast allen Themen orientieren wir Menschen uns auch bei diesem häufig an dem, was wir in unserem Umfeld oder auch bei Prominenten erleben beziehungsweise vorgelebt bekommen. Deshalb sind sowohl beispielsweise Michelle Obama als auch unbekannte Frauen interessant, wenn es darum geht, mögliche Lösungen etwa für die Vereinbarkeit von Karriere und Mutterschaft aufzuzeigen. Auch wenn die individuellen Bedingungen bei jeder und jedem anders sind, spricht nichts gegen Inspiration durch andere. Von ihnen lässt sich lernen, sie können einen motivieren.
