Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es vor allem um Daten und Fakten: Wieso benötigen wir mehr Frauen in Führung? Welche Auswirkungen hat mehr Diversität in den Unternehmen auf die Teams und ihren Erfolg? Gleichberechtigung gehört zu den Sustainable Development Goals der Vereinten Nationen und viele Studien belegen die Führungsqualitäten von Frauen. Spannend ist, dass Eltern zahlreiche Kompetenzen haben, die auch Führungskräfte auszeichnen. Eine Erkenntnis, die stärker ins Bewusstsein vor allem des Top-Managements gelangen sollte. Zudem verlangt die aktuelle politische und ökonomische Situation nach mehr weiblichen Qualitäten in der Wirtschaft, in den Regierungen und an sämtlichen Verhandlungstischen. All das ergibt einen Business Case für Frauen und Mütter in Führung.
