Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die grundsätzliche Unterscheidung der einzelnen Ebenen, die sich im Zusammenhang mit den Themen „Frauen in Führung“ sowie „Vereinbarkeit von Mutterschaft und Karriere“ ergeben und die in Diskussionen oft vermischt werden. Für mehr Frauen in Führungspositionen benötigen wir Veränderungen sowohl in der Gesellschaft und in den Unternehmen als auch in der Denkweise des Einzelnen. Erfolg hat drei Buchstaben: T.U.N. Jede und jeder sollte sich auf ihren beziehungsweise seinen Einflussbereich fokussieren, denn nur in diesem können sie beziehungsweise er wirklich etwas bewirken. Berücksichtigen das alle, erreichen wir gemeinsam schneller die Ziele mehr Diversität und Gleichberechtigung.
