Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ausgehend von den bisherigen Buchinhalten stellen wir in diesem Kapitel konkrete Maßnahmen vor, um den größten Hindernissen auf dem Weg zur agilen Organisation zu begegnen. Dabei setzen wir den Schwerpunkt zum einen auf agile Führungskräfteteams als Vorbilder und Sponsoren der Transformation und betrachten, welche Schwerpunkte eine agile Führung setzen kann, um den Wandel zu fördern. Zum anderen widmen wir uns im zweiten Schwerpunkt einer modernen Form des Changemanagements, die den komplexen Anforderungen der Agilen Transformation entgegenkommen kann: Lean Change Management Lean Change Management (LCM) (LCM). Zuvor bewerten wir die traditionelle Art und Weise, Change zu managen und leiten daraus die Erfolgsaussichten des traditionellen Changemanagements für die Agile Transformation ab. In diesem Unterkapitel schauen wir auch auf agile Hilfsmittel und Techniken, die einen agilen Change unterstützen und die auch Sie in einer Vielzahl von Situationen zum Einsatz bringen können.
