Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im einleitenden Kapitel erläutern wir wesentliche Hintergründe zum Buchthema und seiner Daseinsberechtigung. Von verschiedenen Varianten des Scheiterns in der Wirtschaft, die häufig auf große Transformationsunterfangen folgen, erfahren wir eingangs etwas über das Wesen des Scheiterns, bevor wir uns im zweiten Kapitelabschnitt ausführlich dem Untersuchungsgegenstand der organisationalen Transformation und dem Themenkomplex Agilität widmen. Dabei werden wesentliche, für das grundsätzliche Verständnis erforderliche Begriffe erläutert. Unter anderem: Was versteht man unter Scheitern, Transformationen, Agilität, agilen Organisationen und natürlich der Agilen Transformation. Im weiteren Verlauf des Buches werden kapitelweise folgende Inhalte behandelt: Kap. 2 : Was motiviert zu einer Agilen Transformation, was macht eine agile Organisation aus und was ist ihr aktuell meist vorherrschendes, traditionelles Pendant? Kap. 3 : Detailbetrachtung bewährter Methoden und Vorgehensweisen für (Agile) Transformationen, Rahmenwerke zur Skalierung von Agilität in Organisationen sowie Hinweise auf die wesentlichen zu betrachtenden Punkte. Kap. 4 : Vorstellung von Ergebnissen einer eigenen Studie zur Akzeptanz und Erfahrungen mit der Agilen Transformation bei Vertretern der Wirtschaft und IT. Ableitung von Implikationen zum Scheitern in Agilen Transformationen. Kap. 5 : Ausgehend von vorgelagerten Buchinhalten folgt die Bearbeitung zweier Erfolgshebel der organisationalen Agilisierung sowie praxisnahe Tipps und Vorgehensweisen, um die eigene Reise zu mehr Agilität zu fördern.
