Abstract

Zusammenfassung Reflexion ist unverzichtbarer Bestandteil der Mediation, wenn man die Absicht hat, sich professionell weiterzuentwickeln und aus Fehlern zu lernen. Sowohl vor Beginn der Mediationssitzung als auch nach einer solchen sollte man sich die Zeit nehmen, das Geschehen und auch die eigenen Interventionen zu überdenken und daraus Schlüsse für das weitere Vorgehen in den aktuellen Projekten bzw. in zukünftig ähnlich gelagerten Fällen zu ziehen. Zu den Reflexionssettings zählen die Sitzungsvorbereitung, die Nachbereitung sowie die kollegiale Intervision bzw. Supervision.
