Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das vorliegende Kapitel im Handbuch Projektmanagement der Autoren Jürg Kuster, Christian Bachmann, Mike Hubmann, Robert Lippmann und Patrick Schneider deckt wie die International Project Management Association (IPMA) die verschiedenen Kompetenzen für das Projektmanagement ab und ist nicht auf ein definiertes prozessorientiertes Framework ausgelegt. Die Basis für die IPMA-Zertifizierung bildet die Individual Competence Baseline (ICB). Die notwendigen Kompetenzen strukturiert IPMA anhand des „Eye of Competence“. Eine Referenzierung zwischen der Swiss Individual Competence Baseline (Version 4.0) für Projektmanagement und dem vorliegenden Handbuch Projektmanagement unterstützt Personen, die eine IPMA-Zertifizierung anstreben. Die Referenzierung kann auch sinngemäß für die beiden Swiss ICB für Programmmanagement und Portfoliomanagement angewendet werden. Die Adaptierung an das Programmmanagement und das Portfoliomanagement muss jedoch durch den Leser vorgenommen werden.
