Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei einer Teamentwicklung in einer IT-Abteilung wird mit Geschichten, mit Storytelling und Storylistening gearbeitet. Ein Prozess entsteht, der selbst spannend wie ein guter Krimi ist. Und schließlich mündet alles in Kunst. In diesem Beitrag wird von einem Projekt erzählt, das viele am Anfang für unmöglich hielten und das während seines Verlaufs ungewöhnliche und unorthodoxe Abzweigungen nahm, aber gerade deshalb sein Ziel erreichte: Ein Team zu schaffen.
