Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Diskussion wird häufig angenommen, dass Entwickelnde dann als besonders effizient angesehen werden, wenn sie nicht umfassend über grundlegende Fragen und Problemstellungen debattieren, sondern zeitnah konkrete Lösungsvorschläge präsentieren. Diese Herangehensweise ermöglicht es ihnen, sich vorrangig mit komplexen Detailfragen auseinanderzusetzen – und dies möglichst ohne eine weiterführende Auseinandersetzung mit Grundlagen. Oft wird dabei allerdings übersehen, dass in den meisten Fällen ein umfassendes und fundiertes Konzept erforderlich ist, da selbst eine ausführliche Ausarbeitung von Details ein unzureichendes oder gar nicht vorhandenes Gesamtkonzept nicht ausgleichen kann. Um Probleme dieser Art adressieren zu können, ist eine eindeutige Klärung der Aufgabe notwendig.
