Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem im vorherigen Kapitel ausführlich auf Effekte und Entwürfe eingegangen wurde, soll in diesem Kapitel dargelegt werden, wie nachhaltige Produkte konkret gestaltet werden können. Hierbei werden Aspekte der spezifischen Gestaltung, von Leichtbauprinzipien bis hin zu exemplarischen Technologien, Fertigungsverfahren und Werkstoffen behandelt. Im Folgenden gilt als Grundlage die Definition, dass Gestaltung als die Summe aller Gestaltmerkmale, die für die industrielle Fertigung relevant sind, verstanden wird. Ausgehend von Spezifikation, Konzept und Entwurf ist die Gestaltung eines Produkts eng mit den für die Realisierung vorgesehenen Technologien, Materialien, Montagetechniken, beabsichtigten Funktionen sowie den auftretenden Belastungen verknüpft.
