Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel finden wir nun zu unserem komplettierten, nun vollständigen Strategieansatz, der Two Stars StrategyTwo Stars Strategy. Diese besteht aus zwei gleichberechtigten Teilen, einerseits der „Strategy for ExcellenceStrategy for Excellence“, welche der klassischen UnternehmensstrategieUnternehmensstrategie entspricht und andererseits einer neuen, zusätzlichen „Strategy for ChangeStrategy for Change“. Dieser zweite, neue Strategieteil geht als gewichtiger Teil in die InnovationsstrategieInnovationsstrategie ein, welche dadurch in einer neuen Form erscheint. Wir zeigen, dass die Innovationsstrategie, im Gegensatz zur bisherigen Lehrmeinung, keine Funktionalstrategie mehr ist, sondern neu als gleichberechtigter zweiter Teil einer umfassenden Unternehmensstrategie, der Two Stars Strategy, verstanden werden muss.
