Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zur Erarbeitung einer vollständigen InnovationsstrategieInnovationsstrategie führen wir das Innovation-FrameworkInnovation-Framework ein. Dieses Arbeitsinstrument beschreibt 6 Felder, welche für eine erfolgreiche Innovationstätigkeit erforderlich sind. Die Innovationsstrategie basiert auf einer Analyse der GegenwartGegenwart und der ZukunftZukunft. Daraus ergibt sich die Strategische LückeLücke, welche die Frage nach dem Warum beantwortet. Davon wiederum leiten sich das Wieviel (BedarfBedarf), das Was (FokusFokus) und das Wie (SystemSystem) ab.
