Abstract

Zusammenfassung Krisenzeiten mit einer beschleunigten Wettbewerbsintensität und mit weitgehend unsicheren Zukunftsperspektiven erfordern andere, besondere Vorgehensweisen gegenüber einer relativ „normalen“ Vergangenheit. Unternehmen in der Krise durch gewohnte Anwendungen klassischer Sanierungen zurück auf die Erfolgsspur zu bringen, erscheint immer schwieriger. Alle bekannten und erfolgswirksamen Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen machen durchaus Sinn.
