Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Planspiel RE:LEAN vermittelt den Spielern grundlegende wie auch innovative Lean-Prinzipien und -Methoden im Bereich Lean Production, welche diese direkt im Spiel auch anzuwenden lernen (Abb. 6.1). In drei aktiven Runden können die Spieler im Team vorhandene Verschwendungen aufdecken und gemeinsam geeignete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen entwickeln und umsetzen. Dabei lernen sie auch den Zusammenhang von ökologischen und ökonomischen Einsparpotenzialen kennen. Im Rahmen von Impulsvorträgen zum Thema Lean Production werden die unterschiedlichen Wissensstände innerhalb der Gruppe ausgeglichen und erweitert. Durch die interaktive Gestaltung des Spiels werden zudem die Sozialkompetenzen gefördert. Im Zuge einer ausführlichen Transferrunde am Ende werden die Spieler darin unterstützt, ihr neu erlerntes Wissen auf konkrete Fragestellungen in ihrem Unternehmensalltag zu übertragen. Das Planspiel kann grundsätzlich in allen Branchen angewandt werden, eignet sich aber besonders gut für Unternehmen mit einer Fertigung und Montage wie beispielsweise einer Serienproduktion.
