Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um seinen Weg zum agilen Arbeiten zu finden, müssen eigene Kompetenzen als Teamplayer geschärft und entwickelt werden. Eine Bestandsaufnahme hilft, um den aktuellen Ist-Zustand zu verstehen. Dafür können Instrumente wie ein 360-Grad-Feedback oder eine SWOT-Analyse genutzt werden. Darauf aufbauend wird eine gezielte Lernphase hin zu mehr Agilität geplant und umgesetzt. Das führt zu mehr Führung und Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft. Das Lernprogramm beinhaltet unterschiedliche Dimensionen und ist auf einen längeren Zeitraum ausgelegt. Konkrete Ratschläge bieten zusätzliche Anhaltspunkte, agiles Arbeiten im eigenen Umfeld zu entwickeln.
