Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agile Teams verfolgen einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz. Typischerweise schaffen diese Teams Vertrauen untereinander, verfolgen gemeinsame Ziele und lernen als Organisation. Sie probieren immer wieder neue Technologien und Prozesse aus. Da sich Industrien ständig weiterentwickeln, besitzen die Teams eine hohe Ausprägung an Mindfulness und Grit. Sie lernen aus Erfolgen und Misserfolgen. Dabei können auch agile Teams an ihre Grenzen stoßen, wenn sich toxische Entwicklungen im Unternehmen ausbreiten. In diesem Zusammenhang können den HR-Funktionen neue Aufgaben zukommen. Agiles Arbeiten bietet Möglichkeiten, die Arbeitsteilung im Unternehmen durch Konzepte wie Dev/Ops zu reduzieren. Auch die Unternehmensrisiken in Bezug auf Fehlverhalten oder kriminelle Machenschaften können minimiert werden. So wird in Summe eine gesunde, attraktive Arbeitswelt geschaffen und gestaltet.
