Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kein Erfolg ohne Risiko. Das gilt auch im Rahmen Ihrer Promotion. Die gute Nachricht: Risiken können identifiziert und ihr Auftreten behandelt werden. Dazu ist zunächst eine gute Planung nötig. Im Fall des Risikoeintritts bedarf es manchmal dann auch der Eskalation. Aber was heißt Eskalieren im Projektmanagement und wann ist eine Eskalation angebracht? An wen eskaliere ich?
