Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein wichtiges Anwendungsgebiet der Conjointanalyse ist neben der marktnahen Produkt- und Preisoptimierung insbesondere auch die Konzeptgestaltung in frühen Phasen der Produktentwicklung. Die Conjointanalyse bietet hier die Möglichkeit, lange vor der Markteinführung „den Wunsch des Kunden“ hinsichtlich einer Produktinnovation oder einer Produktmodifikation zu erfassen, über Nutzenbeiträge einzelner Merkmale und Ausprägungen zu quantifizieren sowie über Simulationsrechnungen in erfolgversprechende Konzepte zu überführen. Die in diesem Kapitel diskutierte und beispielhaft angewandte Integration von Quality Function Deployment (QFD) und Conjointanalyse stellt eine wichtige Möglichkeit dar, diese Überführung zu realisieren. Sie wirkt den Informations- und Wissensunterschieden in der funktions- und unternehmensübergreifenden Produktentwicklung entgegen. Am Beispiel von Fußballschuhen für den Freizeitsport wird das vorgeschlagene Vorgehen in einer Anwendung demonstriert.
