Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen können in kurzer Zeit oder völlig überraschend in eine Situation mit einem großen oder sogar existenzgefährdenden Schadenspotenzial geraten. Die Bewältigung solcher Krisen bildet den Gegenstand von Kap. 12. In einem Framework des Krisenmanagements wird einerseits zwischen (1) eskalierenden Krisen und (2) überraschenden Krisen unterschieden. Andererseits werden die drei Phasen (1) Krisenprävention, (2) Krisenbewältigung und (3) Krisennachbearbeitung unterschieden. Die drei Phasen werden anschließend beschrieben. Dabei wird zwischen eskalierenden und überraschenden Krisen differenziert. Zum Schluss werden die Zuständigkeiten von Supervisory und Managing Board geklärt.
