Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag erläutert die wichtige Schnittstelle „Vertriebscontrolling“ zwischen Marketing/Vertrieb und Controlling. Es wird insbesondere auf die Aufgabenstellungen eingegangen und auf die Rahmenbedingungen, innerhalb derer die entsprechenden Aktivitäten ablaufen und die durch sie geprägt werden. Es wird weiterhin ein Überblick über wesentliche Verfahren und Implementierungsfragen gegeben, die zur Aufgabenerfüllung Anwendung finden bzw. wesentlich sind. Damit wird auf spezifische Bereiche des Controllings für das Distributionsinstrumentarium vorbereitet, und es erfolgt eine Verknüpfung mit den weiterführenden Beiträgen des Sammelbandes zu inhaltlichen und methodischen Aspekten des Marketingcontrollings.
