Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Abschnitt werden exemplarisch drei verschiedene Fallstudien zur Predictive Intelligence beschrieben. Diese drei Fallstudien wurden vor dem Hintergrund ausgewählt, alle zeitlichen Dimensionen der Predictive Intelligence in möglichster kompakter Form darstellen zu können. Die erste Fallstudie beschreibt, wie mit Hilfe von Predictive Intelligence kurzfristig Lagerbestände und somit das Net-Working-Capital einer Organisation optimiert werden kann. Die zweite Fallstudie zeigt, wie präzise die Geschäftserweiterung mit Predictive Intelligence konzipiert, geplant und quantifiziert, und in weiterer Folge als Teil des kontinuierlichen Prozesses der datenbasierten Unternehmenssteuerung auch gemonitored werden kann. Die dritte Fallstudie zeigt die langfristig-strategische Perspektive der Predictive Intelligence auf und beschließt die Darstellung der Anwendungsformen moderner prädiktiver Intelligenz.
