Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der entscheidende Beitrag dieses Bausteins liegt darin, dass zwei Bedingungen für den Erfolg der Transformation und der zielgesetzten Organisation gleichermaßen als essentiell eingestuft werden müssen. „Essentiell“ deshalb, weil es darum geht, sowohl Wertschöpfung zu generieren als auch zersetzende Mechanismen „die Stirn“ zu bieten. Bedingung Nummer 1 ist die Suche und Entwicklung der Organisationsmitglieder; gemessen an einem neuen Profilkatalog, entlang von vier Dimensionen, die im Detail vorgestellt werden. Bedingung Nummer 2: die Aufgabenzuordnung, das sogenannte „Workscoping“, bei dem die Mitarbeiter Klarheit über ihren Beitrag und Aufgabenfokus erhalten. Das Kapitel zeigt die Konsequenzen der Anwendung und die Folgen, wenn hierauf verzichtet wird.
