Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dass „New Work“ auf vielfältige Art gelebt und die Kulturentwicklung gestaltet werden kann, zeigt die Autorin beispielhaft anhand von sechs persönlichen Steckbriefen zu Führungspersönlichkeiten und deren Lösungsmustern, die sie mit Zitaten aus gemeinsam geführten Gesprächen im Frühjahr und Sommer 2020 komplettiert hat: Bernd Schmid und der Aufruf für agiles Arbeiten im Finanzbereich Kerstin Gliniorz und der Wert von entscheidungsbefähigten Mitarbeitern Dr. Kerstin Höfle und die Bedeutung von Netzwerken Michael Rendsburg und die Bedeutung von Bildung und unternehmerischer Verantwortung bei allen Organisationsmitgliedern im Kontext des digitalen Führens Rolf Dothagen und das neue Verständnis von Wirksamkeit Lars Feldmann und der Moment, wenn Kunden zu Fans werden
