Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auch wenn dies auf den ersten Blick vielleicht anders zu vermuten ist, eine interne Rekrutierung ist nicht immer unbedingt der leichteste Weg. Vorhandene Strukturen müssen geprüft und neue Wege beschritten werden. Dabei ist vom Vorgänger Anpassungsfähigkeit und vom Nachfolger hoher Einsatz gefragt. Mit der Nachfolge verändert sich nicht nur die jeweiligen formalen Positionen, sondern auch die Erwartungen im Unternehmen und die Anforderungen an die eigene Person. Hilfreich kann prozessbegleitende Unterstützung und objektives Feedback von außen sein. Letztlich war auch eine konstruktive und offene Kommunikation in das Unternehmen ein weiterer Schlüssel für ein erfolgreiches Gelingen der Nachfolge in dieser Konstellation.
