Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wechsel an der Organisationsspitze ist der geeignete und in der Regel selten vorkommende Zeitpunkt, um nicht nur die Suche nach einem neuen Kopf zu systematisieren, sondern auch um die zukünftige Ausrichtung der Organisation festzulegen. Wenn Sie wissen wollen, wo es hingehen soll, müssen Sie einen intensiven Blick darauf werfen, wo Sie derzeit stehen und wo Ihr Ursprung ist. Jede Strategie findet ihren Anfang in einer umfassenden Bestandsaufnahme des Status Quo. Aus dieser analytischen Phase lassen sich Erkenntnisse ziehen, welche Handlungsfelder sich für die Organisation ergeben, die mit der Suche nach der neuen Geschäftsführung in ein Anforderungsprofil und in messbare Ziele für die Organisation überführt werden können. Zugleich wird in der Zielgruppenanalyse ganz konkret deutlich, welche Person mit welchen Werten und Überzeugungen überhaupt zur Organisation passt.
