Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir standen vor der Aufgabe ein motivierendes, aktivierendes und gleichzeitig zeiteffektives Training in der Programmiersprache R für die Datenanalysten und Statistiker unserer Firma zu entwickeln. Dabei waren wir mit einem sehr gemischten Zielpublikum konfrontiert, sowohl hinsichtlich ihres beruflichen Hintergrunds als auch ihrer Vorerfahrung mit R. Uns war besonders wichtig, dass jeder Teilnehmende aktiv eingebunden ist und in jeder Lerneinheit etwas Neues lernt, was direkt verwendet werden kann. Mittlerweile haben wir dieses Training zwei Mal durchgeführt. Basierend auf unseren Erfahrungen des ersten Durchlaufs haben wir das Training grundlegend überarbeitet und weiter optimiert. Diese Erfahrungen möchten wir hier teilen und die (didaktischen) Methoden vorstellen, die wir eingesetzt haben, um unser Training für alle Teilnehmenden interessant und gewinnbringend zu gestalten. Unser Werkzeugkasten an Methoden ist dabei universell anwendbar und keinesfalls auf unseren konkreten Anwendungsfall beschränkt.
