Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir sprechen, um andere zu beeinflussen, denn Kommunikation folgt immer einer Absicht. Das ist überhaupt nicht negativ gemeint, denn der Mensch ist nicht nur ein soziales, sondern auch ein intentional handelndes Wesen auf der Suche nach Befriedigung seiner Bedürfnisse. Die Krux liegt hier wieder im Denken, da sich die Frage stellt: Was ist für mich persönlich eine annehmbare Absicht? Wenn ich die Absicht verfolge, kooperativ zur Lösung problematischer Situationen zu kommen, unterscheidet sich diese Intention vom Ziel, eine andere Person kleinkriegen zu wollen.
