Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nur wenige potenzielle Arzneistoffe bestehen die klinischen Tests und werden zugelassen. Mit besseren statistischen Verfahren für die Dosisfindung könnte sich die Zahl der erfolgreichen Substanzen erhöhen.
