Zusammenfassung Kein Unternehmen produziert gerne Ausschuss. Die Six-Sigma Methode ist ein anerkannter Prozess zur Reduktion von Ausschussraten. Sie demonstriert das passgenaue Zusammenwirken von Methoden der Statistik und des modernen Managements.
