Abstract

Zusammenfassung Noch nie war die Menschheit dermaßen verschuldet wie zur Zeit. Netto ist die Verschuldung natürlich immer Null, denn die Schulden des Einen sind die Forderungen des Anderen. Aber dennoch ist auf Seiten der Gläubiger das Bedürfnis groß, dieWahrscheinlichkeit einer Rückzahlung zu kennen. Hier hat sich ein riesiger Markt von Anbietern für Ausfallprognosen aufgetan, die untereinander heftig konkurrieren und wo es von großer Bedeutung ist, die Guten von den Schlechten zu trennen.
