Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der rasante Zuwachs an computergestützten Verkaufsmöglichkeiten und die wachsende Bedeutung sozioökonomischer Kommunikation führen zu einem Wandel im modernen Ertragsmanagement und dem elektronischen Handel. Durch die Digitalisierung des Handels können Verkaufsdaten in einem stetig wachsenden Umfang erfasst, gespeichert und ausgewertet werden. Damit ist es möglich, automatisierte Verfahren zur Optimierung von Verkaufsstrategien einzusetzen und Verkaufsprozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
