Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn zur Ermittlung von Messungsgrößen mehr Beobachtungen gemacht werden, als zu ihrer eindeutigen Bestimmung erforderlich sind, entsteht die Frage nach dem wahren Wert der gesuchten Größen. Diese Frage kann infolge der Unvollkommenheit der menschlichen Sinne und der Mängel der Meßinstrumente nicht beantwortet werden. Wir müssen uns vielmehr darauf beschränken
