Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während der t-Test geeignet ist, zwei Mittelwerte zu vergleichen und auf Signifikanz von Mittelwerten zu prüfen, können mit der Varianzanalyse mehrere Mittelwerte zugleich untersucht werden. Die Varianzanalyse hat dabei zwei Zielsetzungen: Sie dient der Überprüfung der Signifikanz des Unterschiedes von Mittelwertdifferenzen. Sie zeigt dabei auf, ob mindestens ein Unterschied zwischen multiplen Vergleichsgruppen signifikant ausfällt. Darüber, um welchen oder welche es sich handelt, ermöglicht sie keine Aussage. Als Signifikanztest wird der F-Test verwendet. Sie dient zur Ermittlung des von einer oder mehreren unabhängigen Variablen erklärten Anteils der Gesamtvarianz.
