Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ohne das Anstreben von Vollständigkeit werden einige Gesichtspunkte und Verfahren zur mathematischen Beschreibung linearer Systeme zusammengestellt, die zur Einbindung statistischer Überlegungen unverzichtbar sind. Hervorgehoben werden allgemein der Zeitbereich für die Beschreibung durch Differentialgleichungen, die spektrale Darstellung über die Fourier-Transformation, die Behandlung von Einschwingvorgängen mit Hilfe der Laplace-Transformation sowie die wichtigsten Grundstrukturen der Zustandsdarstellung linearer Systeme. Während große Bereiche der herkömmlichen Systemtheorie für die Behandlung von Differentialgleichungen und Einschwingvorgängen von den Eigenschaften der einseitigen Laplace-Transformation Gebrauch machen, ist die Fourier-Transformation zur spektralen Darstellung von Musterfunktionen stationärer stochastischer Prozesse geeignet, die sich theoretisch über den gesamten Zeitbereich — ∞
