Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 4 erschließt Beziehung als dritte methodische Säule psychologischen Coachings – verstanden nicht nur als Verbindung zu anderen Menschen, sondern als innere Haltung gegenüber allem, was uns bedeutsam ist. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Vielfalt innerer und äußerer Systeme: Ambivalenzen, Rollenerwartungen und unterschiedliche Perspektiven, die nicht aufgelöst, sondern gewürdigt und in Dialog gebracht werden wollen. Auf Basis hypnosystemischer Konzepte, des interpersonalen Zirkumplex und systemtheoretischer Perspektiven wird gezeigt, wie konkurrierende innere Seiten, Rollenerwartungen und Unterschiede in Teams produktiv eingesetzt werden können. Das Seitenmodell und eine strukturierte Übung zum konstruktiven Umgang mit Meinungsverschiedenheiten machen diese Prinzipien unmittelbar anwendbar – für Selbstführung, Führung und psychologisches Coaching gleichermaßen.
